UK Shipping:

We held out as long as we could to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for you,  but the recent increases and changes implemented by Royal Mail have finally forced our hand. Please know that we will always do our best to offer options that we feel give you choice and value for money - so if you're really not too worried about waiting a little while (sadly up to 10 days! I know... ridiculous) for your cards stick with the Second Class option which is selected for you as standard. BUT... the Royal Mail First Class Option, whilst more expensive, is what we would recommend if there is an element of time sensitivity to your order. 

Of course, If you really, really need your card or gift in time for a specific date, we would recommend the Next Day Delivery service, which guarantees delivery by 9pm of the following day, Monday to Friday, but someone will need to be home to sign for the goodies. 

 

We add the postage and packaging fee as shown above to all orders under £25, but if you spend more than that you will get free 1st class shipping (Yay!).

International Delivery:

Hi there! Love love love an overseas friend. Let me talk you through how we deliver to you – of course we’ve had a think about it because we want to spread the Pynk love far and wide. It really all depends on where you are in the world…

 

We use Royal Mail International business post which does not offer tracking as standard. But if tracking is totally your bag, then get in touch with us and we’ll put our heads together to see what custom delivery options might be available. 

Just so you know… delivery times are guidelines only and delays may occur if the general vibe gets a bit iffy. 

Import duties and customs:

From September 1st 2025, If you're ordering from the US, we use a delivery service that includes the import duties, so no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises for you to worry about. 

When ordering to a country outside the UK or US your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient not the sender will be responsible for payment of any such duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for information before placing your order.
