Can I ask something about my order?
Sure! We do the work thing Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm (UTC/BST), but we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays. You can always Contact us with any questions and if your question crops up outside of our working hours we’ll reply ASAP on the next working day.
How soon will my new stuff be here?
Hello keen bean. If you are in the UK our standard orders are sent via Royal Mail on a daily basis, Mon – Fri, which usually means you will receive your package within 2-3 working days. If you want to be extra certain your bits and bobs will arrive by a certain day then it’s probably best to select our Next Day Delivery service, which is guaranteed next day delivery Monday to Friday, but remember, someone needs to be there to sign for your goodies.
If you are elsewhere in the big wide world, firstly HELLO ☺, and secondly, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail International business post and provide details about international shipping here.
How can I track my order?
We don’t provide tracking as standard unfortunately.
Do we do free shipping in any circumstances?
Yes – if you are in the UK and your order totals over £20, hey big spender! Your package will be shipped to you free of charge, by standard second class mail.
How can I pay?
You can pay when you checkout on the website. We accept the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa. You can also pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay. We can’t accept phone payments or cheques, sorry!
Can I redeem my discount or special offer?
Of course you can – enter the code at checkout and it will be applied to your order total.
Can I make changes to my order?
Contact us as soon as poss and we’ll see what we can do! Although we can’t guarantee to accommodate changes, we are a friendly team and if we can help out we will… Unfortunately – once the order is shipped it can’t be amended, so do get in touch quickly!
Of course, if you’d like to add to your order, simples – just start a new order and give yourself the pleasure of opening two things!
How do I know how big my card is?
All the sizes of our cards and products are listed with the products in their descriptions… if you’re not sure I suggest looking on a ruler, because size related disappointments are…. well… disappointing.
What about sales tax?
Legally we all have to pay it, I’m afraid.. the rates are calculated based on the tax laws as they apply in your part of the world, which might mean that shipping charges are also subject to tax depending on which state you live in. We recommend checking before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.
Who does your designs? Would you look at mine?
We create some of our designs ourselves, some are from brilliant and truly creative types whose artwork we license, and then the remainder we buy from wholesalers and publishers with great taste and creators with bags of talent. We don’t source products or cards from submissions currently, but if that changes in the future you’ll be the first to know.
What do you do with my information?
Pynk takes your trust with personal information very seriously. We keep it secure, regularly review and provide opportunities for you to unsubscribe to newsletters and mailing lists. We will remove any personal information we hold upon your request, and will never disclose your personal information to a third party. For more information please take a look at our Privacy Policy.

We happen to be quite fond of living here in our own little bit of the universe, and we are on a mission to not screw it up. Greta Thunberg we might not be, but we are doing our best to make conscious choices that protect our planet, its other inhabitants and their homes. Yes, all of our cards can be recycled. What? Even the ones with foil? Yes! Even those ones.
