Refund policy

 

Returns:

If you need to return any items, because, for whatever reason, they’re not right (this would include changing your mind, the universe sending you a sign that they would be happier elsewhere, or a sense of great and crushing disappointment upon their arrival) you can receive a full refund, excluding the original postage and packaging fee by emailing us at hello@pynk.com quoting the original email address and order number, and returning the items to us within 14 days of receipt.  

We recommend returning the items via recorded delivery as we can’t be responsible for any losses that occur during transit, and we should also say that the items must be returned in perfect condition for resale. Returns will be at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be returned to the same card that was used at the time of order and should reach you within 10 – 14 working days.
